Welcome to IMA Dashboard, an ongoing effort to measure various aspects of the Museum's performance. We welcome your comments on our progress in serving the IMA's mission. To navigate the Dashboard in particular areas, the tabs at the top of the screen drop down to allow for more detail. The goal of the Dashboard is to seek to quantify and report out on areas of activity of general interest to museum observers and to particular interest to museum studies specialists, colleagues, and patrons.

DESCRIPTION
The Indianapolis Museum of Art is committed to using technology as a means to engage our visitors in new ways. Special Web Presences, including Web sites and online technology initiatives, provide another platform for connecting new audiences to art. In addition, the Web allows the IMA to reach audiences throughout the world, 24 hours a day/seven days a week.

EXPLANATION
The number of video views is an aggregate total of the number of times visitors watch IMA videos on YouTube.com, on the IMA's Web site, and on other IMA Web sites. IMA-produced videos are a means to bridge the gap between the visitor and art. In addition, the broadcast of videos via the Web allows the IMA to reach audiences throughout the world, 24 hours a day/seven days a week.
